In the beautiful city of Maria there is relatively small state known as Seirin it is not the largest of states yet it is not the smallest either. The other states surround it being Rakuzan the capital with the others being Teiko, Shintoku,and Yosen. In Seirin skyscrapers tower above you as you walk the clean, gray, concrete streets with stores, restaurants, and hotels lingering around every corner. In the mist of all that stands a small blue and white upstairs and downstairs maid/butler themed cafe. Downstairs there are friendly employees await your arrival serving you with silver trays and utensils with china plates, cups and teapots decorated in green and gold patterns. They serve some of the best coffee and cakes around but above the cafe there is a lounge inside there is rainbow colored carpet, painted white walls, highly advanced computers for everyday use and comfortable couches cushions to compliment it. It's where students and regular kids go to study they have extra curricula classes with Korosensei for a small fee after all he was a very famous and rich professor.
But that's not the only thing this cafe has to offers for there are three precious jewels within the cafe that outshine the rest the emerald, the sapphire,and the diamond. A beautiful sapphire you have to check twice to figure out their gender even if you do you will never be quite sure. An emerald eyed musician with fingers that know music and finally the phantom diamond the one watches over all from.the shadows as well as the light.
