As the two of them work together, they both face their weaknesses and the many trials thrown at them by an interdimensional threat and some domestic ones. Optimus has a harsh life as the bearer of the matrix and Temptest struggles to be the symbol of freedom she once was. Alongside them, one Megatron works to protect his adopted family while the other tags along, fighting and testing them in hopes he'll find what he lost in his own dimension. The bots imagine that a terrible villain is on the prowl, but struggle to figure out who. The question is whether or not they can overcome their obstacles before the powerful forces in their shared pasts force them to destroy one another. #1 TFP (June 2024) #1 Transformers (June 2024) Yeah, I'm proud. Her near constant presence in their base seems to be a bother to the transformers, she can tell even if they do not say it out loud to her. The girl is not a fool. However, when they realize just how deep her pain truly was and how far she is willing to end it, Optimus is unwilling to give up on her. She does not understand his reasons, they slowly become clear. And when she finally runs in with Optimus's arch enemy, she finds herself eyeing off a certain decepticon leader in a way that she should not have. And she did not know why. Megatron himself feels he simply had taken something so precious from Prime, and enjoys watching the autobot panic in trying to find her. But, the girl began to confuse his spark. So much so he questions so much about himself.

(A TFP Ratchet x femme reader fanfiction) A love they thought could never be broken. A love they both had since young bots in that small medical class so long ago back on Cybertron. ...A love that abruptly and unwillingly paused for them both. Ratchet felt that sharp pain every day since she offlined hit him deep in the spark, making it almost impossible to breathe. Yet he pushed through, for her. Having erased the sparkbond while his lover was in deep stasis, she couldn't file the bond and so her one true love was erased from her processor in an instant. Left with regret for his selfish decisions, Ratchet has one adjective: Make her fall in love with him all over again. After all, there's always an alternative to a negative. - "Irreplaceable...irreplaceable you." Ratchet muttered through his gargled speech, wiping his optics for the millionth time that night. The medbay was silent throughout the still night. It always was. But he knew if she was here she'd be so vividly loud with just her smile it was enough to paint the walls with such euphoria. As the stars align and Breakdown captures Miko while she's away from the sights of Team Prime, Megatron sees a glorious opportunity to use Shockwave's research to both wage psychological warfare on the Autobots, and to turn Miko into his new loyal weapon. Will the Decepticons finally eclipse the Autobots in this war? Will Team Prime be able to save their human friend turned prehistoric Cybertronian? And does Miko even want to be saved?
