Hey guys! Sooooooooo as a teen with extreme depression I thought writing might be a good outlet..... but like most things I'm a complete flop at it... but feel free to read and hopefully write your own !!
Also as a warning there's eventually going to be strong language, suicidal themes, and trigger warnings, and an account of an assult that occurred to me, so please if you do have depression, PTSD, anxiety, or anything related do not read!!!!

Abigail
(In editing) She's depressed. She's anorexic. She's suicidal. She's insecure. Abigail has grown up with her three brothers and James, never meeting her parents, who abandoned her at birth. Her brothers were left to take care of her and keep a roof over their heads. Everyday they struggle to take care of Abigail, while working to keep them in their home. Life for them is hard. Life for Abigail is even harder. She has a dark mind and not by choice. Somewhere along the way she's developed these feelings of loneliness and hopelessness. Everyday is a struggle for her and just getting out of bed is a success. She meets Zach, a bad boy with a bad reputation. He starts off as a tutor, just to help her out, out of pity. But eventually feelings get involved and Abigail finds herself liking a boy for the first time in her life. Things get serious and she somehow learns about his drug dealing business. Everything gets hectic and Abigail doesn't know what to do with her life anymore. Or if she even wants to live.Concluida

Anxiety is not a joke. This is based on Anxiety, some poems and what not. So, enjoy. Some of these aren't mine, the owners get the credit. Falling Apart
*TRIGGER WARNING: DEALS WITH DEPRESSION, SELF HARM AND SUICIDE* Amber is sixteen years old and to sugarcoat it... She hasn't had the best upbringing. She would love a different life, one where she can see her mother again and not be stuck with her abusive father. A life where she doesn't get taunted and hit and torn apart by everyone who she has ever seen. But she would never swap, she doesn't want anyone to endure the pain she's gone through. So instead, she tries to get rid of it... Again. But much to her disbelief, she is saved by the people she would least expect. She learns secrets about them that no one else knows. She feels included. Cared for. And dare I say it... She felt loved. For once in her life, she felt truly happy to be alive. But just when Amber felt safe, her life was flipped upside down and her past came back to haunt her just when she least expected it... Overthinking makes the voices in your head imminent and you begin to listen to them. You listen to them because they are the only thing there,the only thing telling you how it is. So you believe what they say; believe you're not worth the good things, believe you deserve the negative things that happen to you, believe that you could have stopped a bad incident from happening and believe it was your fault And that belief grows, it grows unto depressed thoughts and feelings and you start sinking until you become a shadow of your former self *********** Alexa sees life as a gloomy abyss of darkness Yes,she moved to a new city in a new state but it didn't change the mistake she did. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION! Everyone likes being alone once an a while. That feeling of peace and all your problems drifting into space melting away, 16 year old Luke soon learns that being alone is not always a pleasant feeling. When he wishes to be left alone upon a wishing well he soon discovers being alone isn't such a nice feeling. As Lukes mind slips away from reality he's losing sanity. *Completely Edited!* Everyone's done something in their life that they wish they could change. For me, it started a couple years ago. Have you ever felt all alone? Like no one in the world cares? So, if you have, you feel like cutting yourself, like, well absolutely depressed. It started in seventh grade for me, only 13 years old and wanting to feel like I was dead. I shouldn't have done a lot of the stuff that I did, but I did them anyway. Screw the consequences was my motto. Maybe I could have handled it differently, no I most definitely could have handled everything differently. I felt like no one cared but, people do care it would be against human nature for them not to care. You have your friends, family, schoolmates, and even your pets. Try to take your life into account, imagine what could happen if you handle the situation one way or another. That's just my advice though. This is my story.Concluida
Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I am putting this out for the whole world to see because I hope everyone will learn from my experience. People can see. We have no excuses to continue living our lives in ignorance. ...WARNING... Feeling betrayed, misunderstood, chewed up and spat out by the world, its when I get sonder, that I realise I might not be as alone as I thought. This is my autobiography, in a series of harsh and delicate words, painted as a story. Includes drugs, sex, alcoholism, depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidal tendencies, assault and other hard topics, so read at your own discretion. THIS IS THE TRIGGER WARNING.
