War scarred the land, a grueling, bloody war which seemed to be eternal, but through divine oversight and the willingness to compromise, the civilized races clambered their way from the shadows of death and destruction back into the light of peace and prosperity. While my contemporaries have taken the years following the Great War to reflect on the world's ancient history and the war itself, I believe that it is the best interest of all civilized races to reflect on the effects this war had on our people and come together in our shared sentience.
