The abused little sister

Vivian never knew her parents, just that they placed her in foster care when she was just a day old. Jessica, Phoebe, and Alexis never knew they had another sister. After their parents have been dead for a few years they finally find out about Vivian so, of course they want her to come live with them. But they don't know how broken Vivian is.
