16 year old Acacia has a perfect life. She has her best friends, her boyfriend, her theatre school and her home. That is, until she is forced to leave England and move to West Coast Cali. A dream come true for some girls, however not for Acacia. Upon meeting her very attractive next door neighbour, Drew, she finds him to be VERY annoying. When she finds out that he's the schools biggest player, she tries to stay away from him - but it's not easy when you live next door, you go to the same school and your mum is best friends with his mom. Acacia and Drew are about to find out that getting along with each other is hard, but hating each other is for some reason harder...

Megan Stewart hasn't known much happiness. She's only 17, but her life has been hard. However, despite all that she's been through, Megan keeps a smile on her face. Meet Jared Wesly. He's the bad boy of the school. However, he's not so much a bad boy. He's simply misunderstood. Only, he's been through quite a lot, just like Megan. In fact, they have more in common than Megan knows. When Jared and Megan's worlds collide (quite literally), Megan finds herself drawn to the boy that annoys her to no end, teases her, but makes her feel happy and protected, something almost unknown to her. Megan must make a choice in the end: Does she take a chance with the familiar boy, or does he become another "What if?" in her life? NOTE: I first wrote this story when I was around 13-14, so there will be cliches and cringe-worthy writing at moments. *Caution: Some language*
