Destiny isn't like any normal girl that you'd hang around or go places with. She just so happens to have family issues going on.. Especially when the family doesn't care so much about her.
When she was fourteen, her parents sent her away (to what they call the 'Institute') which causes Austin to put bird DNA and a tracking device into her arm that she has no clue about.
So now at twenty-two, without parents or a family, she lives alone. Though sooner or later..gets caught again.
While she's in the Institute, she ends up meeting five other people. Ariana, Rebecca, Billy, Logan, and Peter. The six of them become really close after being stuck in cells together. They end up trying to escape and to get as far away as possible.
Austin had told Destiny that she was raised to save the world from destruction.
Was Austin wrong about Destiny saving the world? Or was he right? Can SHE save the world?
