I was 13 when the incident that rocked my world took place.

I was living a happy, content life with my mother. We loved each other and that was all that mattered. It didn't matter that my father wasn't with us. It didn't matter that I had never seen him, or that he had never bothered knowing me. Or so I was told. Until you came.

You came into our lives and turned our world upside down.

I knew that my mother would no longer be alive - she had always dropped subtle hints about an event like this taking place. I knew my life was never going to be the same ever again. I knew I would meet the same fate as my beloved mother.

But then, the unexpected took place.

You left me alive. Your first mistake.

You provided me with all the answers to our questions. Your second mistake.

You assumed that I was a foolish, naive child. You thought I didn't understand the mind games you were playing with me. Your third mistake.

You thought I would keep quiet and not retaliate since you knew you were leaving me with no choice but to accept my fate. Your fourth mistake.

You thought I wouldn't avenge you. Your fifth and biggest mistake.

And now, it's time you bore the brunt of your mistakes.

You won't know what is going to happen - you would have never expected it. Your life is going to take an unexpected turn - all for the worst.
