A young entrepreneur from the city, Damian Ferguson, decides to start a fresh project in a small town currently struggling through economic crisis by collaborating with its mayor. There he meets Lyle Kenneth, a shy and pure soul in his senior year of a high school that Damian helps to fund. Lyle's innocence somehow interests Damian, making him postpone his flight back that is supposedly fifteen days after his arrival. While having clashing viewpoints and disagreements with the mayor that frequently triggers Damian's impulsive urge to sever all ties with the town, the relationship he has with the young fella actually makes his visit worthwhile to him. The day before Damian decides whether to extend his business trip or give up altogether on the business and the mayor's plead, he offers him a deal that concerns Lyle's whole future.
