After finding out that her fiancé cheated, Hurricane Darling ran away. She left the city life and went to a tranquil and (almost) remote area. She thought that being away from her ex-fiancé will help her move on quickly. But it didn't. Then, she met her Mr. Sunshine-the jolly guy who spreads good vibes and never frowns. He tries his best to cheer her up. But she rejected him. She thinks that she doesn't need any fixing. Hurricane finally met her match. Will she finally move on from her cheating ex-fiancé and face her future with Mr. Sunshine? Or maybe not? But do opposites really attract?

"The past always finds a way to catch up." The rain hammered the streets, but she barely noticed. She was too focused on the weight in her chest-the weight of everything she was trying to escape. She'd left the past behind. At least, that's what she'd convinced herself. When she walked into the room, the tension hit her immediately. The cold stares from everyone around the table made her skin crawl, but it was the figure at the head of the table that stopped her in her tracks. Him. Her ex. The man who had torn her world apart, the one she'd tried so hard to forget. But there he was, sitting casually with an air of power, as if nothing had ever changed. Her heart skipped a beat. She wasn't ready for this. Not now, not here. He looked up, his eyes locking onto hers. There was a flicker of recognition, something almost soft, but it vanished just as quickly. She couldn't breathe. The past had found her. "Didn't expect you to show up," he said, his voice as cold as ever. And just like that, everything she thought she had left behind came rushing back.
