~ Hi and welcome to my weight loss book! ~ In here I'll be showing you my techniques for weight loss as wellvas exercises i use, diets etc.. I'll also do daily/weekly weigh ins (depending on how often i deicide to weigh myself) and calorie counts (i also go on and off on counting calories depending on which diet im on) There is a possibility i will add body progress pics but probs not until ive lost a lot of weight.
