I figured since so many fanfics take way River's Doctor, I would at least give her a good companion.
Ophelia had the worst memory of any creature in the Galaxy. It was a curse of hers. She had decided to keep a journal, but, she seems to have misplaced it. Maybe if she had her journal now, she wouldn't be in the predicament she was in now. Maybe she wouldn't be in Stormhold, the largest prison home of the most dangerous criminals. But, maybe that was a good thing, cause then she might've never met River.

The Doctor, in his 10th incarnation, meets another traveller again. He and Kate seem to complete each other perfectly. But he doesn't know how perfectly until he discovers something about her that will change his life forever. I do generally follow the lines of BBC Doctor Who, but might add or change some details.
