Serena, Elena Gilbert's twin sister and second doppelganger to Katherine Pierce has just begun a new life with what is left of her family. She and Elena fall in love with the two Salvatore brothers. Learning their secrets, becoming part of their life, keeping secrets from friends and family has been getting hard for them. But when more trouble comes the sisters have to come through, and they're there for each other as the Salvatore brothers have never been, unless it was to save someone they care for.
Love will never cease between these four people, but may the happy world be unhappy and powerful enough to take away their life and humanity.
