Story is stopped at the moment. 

Ash Pyth lives in a world where virtual reality is everywhere. 

Everyone, even the poor have a vr set. For a living, Ash hunts down criminals that travel through the vr world in her small apartment  in the middle of Chicago. The biggest virtual reality company, Rai games contacts Ash to hunt down an ex partner of the head of the company Xander Rai. 

In exchange for the capture of the ex partner, she will be given a position in the company to hunt down criminals. She starts her hunt where she teams up with a hacker named Jayce to hunt down the ex partner.Tous Droits Réservés

Yeah thats a wierd place to live being its cold and all, but Antarctica has a system where the whole continent is covered by a dome that heats it up just enough for a human to live there. Their game deals with points, levels, and experience. If your higher ranked your in in the wealthy grounds. Ashley is right in the middle shes not poor but shes not totally wealthy.
