Ash Pyth lives in a world where virtual reality is everywhere.
Everyone, even the poor have a vr set. For a living, Ash hunts down criminals that travel through the vr world in her small apartment in the middle of Chicago. The biggest virtual reality company, Rai games contacts Ash to hunt down an ex partner of the head of the company Xander Rai.
In exchange for the capture of the ex partner, she will be given a position in the company to hunt down criminals. She starts her hunt where she teams up with a hacker named Jayce to hunt down the ex partner.
