Schutzengel (English: "Guardian Angel") by Bernhard Plockhorst depicts a guardian angel watching over two children
An angel (from the Greek ἄγγελος ángelos, "messenger"[1]) is a supernatural being or spirit, often depicted in humanoid form with feathered wings on their backs and halos around their heads, found in various religions and mythologies.
The theological study of angels is known as "angelology". In Zoroastrianism and Abrahamic religions they are often depicted as benevolent celestial beings who act as intermediaries between Heaven and Earth, or as guardian spirits or a guiding influence.[2]
The term "angel" has also been expanded to various notions of spirits found in many other religious traditions. Other roles of angels include protecting and guiding human beings, and carrying out God's tasks.[3]
In art, angels are often depicted with bird-like wings on their back, a halo, robes and various forms of glowing light.[4]

His First Love (Lucifer x OC)
This happened way before Lucifer became a fallen angel and the King of Hell. Let's go far back to the day he met an angel that took his breath away, the moment their eyes locked on each other. That female angel knew of him, but he did not know about her. She watched him from afar, too nervous and shy to say 'hi'. When she was born she didn't have one pair of wings or four, nope -- she got two pairs of wings which is rare for heaven-borns. They are always born with one pair of wings, and they get their wings depending on their job or rank. Melody is a shy timid angel, but full of sunshine and rainbows. *This story was written when I was 16, it was the first thing I ever wrote so it's a bit rushed and cringey, I'm sorry </3) 𝘈𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘢 𝘝𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘦. The name already speaks for itself, the girl is an angel. Sheltered and protected by her brothers, Angelina has a shy nature, and tends to keep to herself, which explains the lack of friends. What happens, when the beautiful, italian, soft-spoken angel quite literally falls into the arms of the 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳? 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘰 𝘈𝘭𝘷𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘻. While his first name means ''gift of God'' the intimidating male is anything but that. Mateo has always kept to himself, never speaks to anyone apart from his two 'jackass' bestfriends. He never had any intentions on falling in love, he just wanted to take over his fathers business and continue to grow. It all seems to change when a tiny angel falls into his arms. !! My Angel (COMPLETE)
No one reads things like this. Irina only wanted to find love and live happy, with another human. Not whatever was knocking on her window that Christmas night. Has anyone ever seen what it was? Who it was? Is it some creature, distant crazy thing that can't understand people? A species unknown to people? Or... Do they live among us? Live in our shadows, know every secret we have. Do they make the noises in the alley we hear at night? ꨄ❦ꨄ❦ꨄ➪ ✨there are some dirty jokes and some spicy moments and goofy and rare insults. There might even be some dark humor, please read with caution. There is also a lot of death. And ✨✨✨sexual moves✨✨✨ A majority of the characters are based off of real people so please don't hate unless they genuinely do or say something bad. I hope this is the story that gets successful. And I'm only 16 (now 17) and been writing for only a few years so please give constructive criticism and not hate. I just want to write the best I can. I'm good at poems if y'all wanna give me some ideas. I'm genuinely proud of this story. Please give me a chance. It took a year to write and is my hope and joy.😁 used to be named 'Two Broken Peas in a Pod'Complete
Death is Looming
"I beg you to listen" Murmuring softly as I froze in his touch. Exhaling slowly. Doing my best not run out of his hold. "What are you saying?" "I'm the Angel of Death" Scoffing and pulling from his touch. "And you were assigned to me?" "Yes" "You're an angel sent to what? Kill me?" Shoving his chest away with all my strength as I rose to my feet, fighting the ache. This was too much, I couldn't breathe. He's supposedly an angel?! An Angel of Death at that?! Lifting his hands in defense. Pain etching his perfect features. "No. No! I'm the one protecting you from-" Angela lived her day to day life with her blissful routine. School, work, home, repeat. But the tables flip when she is met by a brooding stranger that seems to follow everywhere she goes, hiding deep in the shadows but is always there. Who is he? Why was he always there when death is at Angela's doorstep. Why was he always there with every turn of her head?Complete
Their Angel (Book 3 of Wolfsong)
For a decade they hurt, tormented, and broke her. Now Melody is healing and discovering herself, along with the secrets hiding in her blood. Angels ignore the damned, those who live among the humans, hidden in shadows. However, if an angel stumbles upon them, they put them down without hesitation. They care not for those who love them and will mourn their passing. Why would anyone love something damned? A creature so pitiful its origins can be traced to Lucifer? Now that Melody is discovering herself, she feels the mate pull, finally. May the angels have mercy on any soul who approaches them, because Melody won't. This is a really rough description because I am not ready for it yet. But I will get there, eventually. I cannot promise when or how often I will upload chapters to this story, but I have had so many requests for it that it kills me to not have anything for you guys. So! Ready for another ride on the Wolfsong roller coaster? (There is a tidbit of information you have not yet seen up there. Did you notice?)Complete
PRIDE
"You need to learn how to have expressions, emotions, Samael." I ordered the papers on the desk, tapping it sideways and tapping it upside down. "Not many people will like you if you don't even know how to smile. You're gonna have to be workable if you want an army." Samael taps his foot twice and looks at me. His eyes dug deep into mine. I hate it when he does this. "Then teach me." ** Qemuel is an angel in the lowest rank -- a useless rank. Having no where to be or belong, he signs up to be the second in command of another angel who is preparing armies for war. But he didn't expect feelings to evolve; anger, jealousy, and love. He didn't think it'd get worse until he meets a beautiful angel, Lucifer. ORIGINAL STORY -- A prequel to The Bullet on my profile.

The Guardian Angel (The Guardians of Nine Heavens #1)
Lily is the only person in Golden City who has no guardian angel, thus cannot be protected from any accidental harm. As a result, no one wants to be near her or have her as a friend, because it might cause bad accidents around. However, Lily still studies hard in a normal school and wishes to enroll in Angel Host Academy - the institute where all strong hosts of mighty guardian angels study and have battles to hone their skills and receive prizes (which includes money), as well as the title of 'The Strongest Yearly Angel Host', in Yearly Championships. Lily's elder sister, Linda, whose guardian angel is the main archangel, Michael himself, is already a long time graduate and legendary champion of Angel Host Academy. Lily is always regarded low, so she wishes to prove her worth, no matter she has no angel. A Demon With Wings
***Book Two of the Orson Goldbloom tetralogy*** "The time?" I ask. "Three thirty in the afternoon," replies Evangeline Youngspire. The summer sun shines in the distance, flashing like a gold curtain string on a silky blue drape, and believe me, I've seem enough of both of those in the sapphire conference room. The view outlines her ashy brown hair, and brings out her gleamy dark eyes. Yeah, 'gleamy' is not a real word, but who cares. "Cool," I say. "We get three more hours to spend before the feast." Yeah, Evangeline and I started dating. Sort of. It's mainly just show for the kids. The kids. Maybe I care more about them than I thought. Goodie sits down next to me. He grabs a grilled cheese and chicken sandwich from the platter, and starts inhaling it. "Goodie? What are you doing here?" I ask, trying to sound pleasant. That's big talk for 'What the f😠😠😠 are you doing here? You little s😤😤😤, get the f😠😠😠 out of here!'. "I have good news. I got promoted to field agent!" Goodie says happily. I sigh and clap for him, while he helps hinself to another sandwich. "What weapon do you use?" Evangeline asks kindly. "I use a spear!" announces Goodie proudly. Evangeline and I share a panicked look. For Jezebel Chesterfield also used a spear...Complete
