F/N Hughes is the younger sister to Maes Hughes and became a state alchemist at the age of 15. At the time, she thought she was the youngest State Alchemist and had previously attempted human transmutation when she was 12, allowing her to use alchemy with no circle but at the sacrifice of both of her legs which are now automail. What will happen when she meets Edward Elric who took the test when he was 12 and she finds out he and his brother Alphonse also attempted human transmutation and are trying to get their bodies back. While F/N does not seek the return of her legs, actually preferring the automail replacements, she can't help but be curious about both of the brothers, but especially Edward, even if at first they clash more than getting along. (I am following Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood for this story!)
