Avery wrapped an arm around my waist to catch me before I could get out the door. He pushed me up against the door, trapping me between his body and the door. "What's wrong?" I asked innocently. Before I knew it my shirt was torn away from my torso and tossed on the floor, Charlie's doing the same. Our kiss intensified and I felt him groan against my lips. When Ace was 13, the tragic death of his younger sister Eleanor caused him to rapidly gain popularity and pitiful looks. He hated the attention. It was the last day and I had nothing to lose from this sudden outburst anyway. I was ecstatic that it was almost summer vacation. I’m going to go to my aunt’s place in Philadelphia and live there for the rest of the summer – AWAY from Dylan and his friends here in Massachusetts. “Never, baby. Of course, she's like a sister to him (cliche cliche cliche) but, alas, he falls for her...but not before she seems to be falling for the boy she's known since she was a child. Love triangles, disastrous proms, insane step brothers, and a high school class system bent on maintaining the status quo and you've got yourself a teenage love story. **This story was written almost six years ago, when cliche romance novels and vampires made the world swoon.Complete
