At the turn of the century, planet Tal was at peace, or it seemed to be. Since this discovery of nuclear fission the world has been in a state of Cold War.
The two powerful super Nations of Shigu dukingdom and Reono land had been in a state of Cold War as well as the major concern for the ongoing arms race for the strongest weapon, it wasn't until one of Reono's engineers claim that they shall send one of their own into the Stars, with that the Space Race had begun with of the launch of an artificial satellite that had been volleyed into orbit.

Now it's up to JiJi to place together a rocket to compete against the Rival Nation for space superiority . Time is running out, will he be able to engineer a rocket  and launch it into space by the end of the decade? Find out in this story.
