Annalise Kirren likes living a drama free mundane life. She likes running her coffee shop business, babysitting her best friend's kids and painting. Everything is fine until one night she witnesses a man attacked by a pair of goons and somehow manages to save him. She recognises him to be none other than the city's super- Magnus. Magnus fascinated by this 'ordinary' woman who saved him asks her to help him uncover a controversy cooking up in the R&D department of the city's biggest company, Genesis. As it starts unfolding, Magnus and Annalise realise that there are secrets with a lot of lives at stake and that some secrets come at a very high cost. On top of that, a supervillain is ready to go to any lengths to acquire those secrets, including murder.
