scar was not a happy and bubbly person in fact she was quite the opposite but i guess thats what happiness when your forced to watch your parents death by evil vampires, only problem is that she is bitten herself and disgusted not only with herself but with the entire vampire race being only 7 when bitten, it has been constantly hard to control for the now 15 year old. although scar is bad tempered and mean she is unnaturally smart giving her the advantage of going into her last year at, as scar likes to call it 'hell' but what happens when scar is expelled for her bad temper just before her last year starts and she is forced to move to a school called cross academy where she finds friendship, hatred and possibly love? read Scars journey to find out what happens to Scar will she finally let someone in and know her bad past or just push everyone out like at her last school?

Being raised in a children's home leaves a child much to figure out about where they came from. Calla Topaz was raised in a home for orphans since she was eleven, not able to remember much of her life before. A traumatic memory of blazing fire and large killing beasts is the only thing she can recall. Something about the memory has triggered her brain to forget everything else, leaving Calla to wonder who she really is and where she came from. Mckenzie is wild, free, and boy crazy, the complete opposite of who Calla is. On a late night when Mckenzie convinces Calla to go out with her, Calla meets Jay. Jay is dark, dangerous and everything Calla tries to stay away from. But he's always in the right places at the right time. And she can only deny the unexplainable feelings that grow for him. Since Jay's been around everything seems to start unraveling, including Calla's past.
