Story Summary:
Everyone has been training and preparing themselves for the final clash with the thirteen darknesses that would determine the fate of all our worlds. But when another matter comes to the attention of the watchful wizard Yen Sid concerning the keyblade wielders who went missing so long ago during the age of the ancient Keyblade War, he calls on a hero he knows to be perfect for the job.
While time is running out before the next fateful battle against light and dark is initiated, finding the wakeless keyblade warriors in time to help safeguard the light seems too vital to hold off any longer.

This story was inspired by the events from KHUX and two really good friends of mine I know from Instagram: @mahaleymcallister & @khdarkheart, who I'd really like to dedicate this to! They truly are the best! I just hope they like what my friend Jiminy Cricket and I put together.
And another really good friend of mine I can't leave out is someone I've known my entire life, @keyblade.master.riku, who I'm sure will debut in this story at some point too.
I've made so many other friends through Instagram on my account @sorakingdomheartsislight and I might bring some of them into this later on and when I do, their names will be added to the list accordingly.
KH3 is just around the corner and I couldn't be more excited! So, I'll be channeling some of that into this sudden writing urge until the highly anticipated day for KH3 gets here!

The events of the Kingdom Hearts Saga if Sora and Kairi had been born the opposite gender. Soraya is an average tomboyish girl living on the Destiny Islands with her two best friends. Riku, who had been her closest friend her whole life (so close that they were practically siblings), and Kai, a sweet and creative boy who she had a slight crush on. One day, when Soraya was fourteen, her life changed forever when darkness invaded her home, and only she had the power to combat it. Soraya is a Persian name that means "star cluster," which I feel fits perfectly, and Kai is a unisex name that means "sea" in Hawaiian, which also works well.
