"That was the coolest Thanks Giving I ever had!" Mona smiled when she followed Gary outside. "Yeah. But you have to forget it anyway", Gary answered and put out his Memory Flasher. "Oh... Really...? But I wouldn't tell anyone!" "You wouldn't?" "No! I'm perfect at keepig secrets! Do you wanna know what big secrets I already kept?" "What secrets??" Gary asked curiously and put down his Flasher. "Sorry I can't tell you. 'Cause it's a secret." "Damn. You ARE good at keeping secrets!" Gary thought a few seconds about it. "Okay. I'm not making you forget it." "Yay", Mona smiled. "Then maybe we two could eat something together without any monsters?" "You mean... like a date?" "Yeah. Like a date. If you want to..." "Of course I want to!"

It may be a small town. But it has its many secrets. ----------------------------- I sat down at the table and drummed my fingers on top of it, waiting for my food. Dad flipped two big pancakes into a plate and placed them in front of me. "Your favorite syrup is on the table," Dad informed. "And before I forget, could you take your sister to that antique shop that just opened up? They sell dolls there, and well...I accidentally broke one of Amy's dolls." I picked up the bottle of syrup and poured some syrup on my pancakes. "Nice one, Dad." After I had finished eating breakfast, Kira asked if she could tag along. I quickly denied, telling her that I was a big boy, and scooped up Amy. We headed out and downtown. That is where most of the shops are. We reached the new antique store, and I happened to peer through the window and saw... "...Mom?" ----------------------------- If you like adventure, mystery, humor, or cliffhangers, then this is the book for you! Cover: Recolor Copyright by Ash J. All Rights Reserved
