She's a bit nervous at first, but after she befriends the golden trio on the train and another few people at the tables, she feels welcome and secure. Elena's last name doesn't slow her down. She joins the quidditch team and ignores her overprotective brother who is always in the way, thinking all is well. That is, until she is introduced to a group of people she will soon consider family, and many more responsibilities to come with. Elena is set on protecting those she loves, even if it means giving her own life.
