Newlyweds Stephanie and Mathew Scargent prepare for the rest of their lives together, as Mathew prepares to be shipped to Iraq to fight in World War III. Stephanie struggles to take care of herself while Mathew is gone, and Mathew fights for his life on the other side of the world. This is a war unlike any other, one that neither of them were prepared for. But even on opposite sides of the world, their love lives on, failing to be shot by the bullet that is distance.
