What is a penglet?
A penglet is the perfect pet. This imaginary creature combines the best characteristics of a penguin and a piglet.
This story was created as a road trip activity between Moab, UT, and Blackhawk, CO. The Holt Family took turns making up each part of If You Give a Penglet Dance Shoes. Which is of course inspired by Laura Numeroff's If You Give a Mouse a Cookie. The order of contribution was Stephanie (mom/Front passenger), Jade (Back passenger side), Sam (Driver side back passenger) and Matt (dad/Driver).
