This place, this city, a reminder of something once great, holds a dark secret. Those that fly under the radar and those that do anything to survive, those people are the ones that often disappear. But who would care? Not the 'president' and surely not most of the city. In fact, the police only have done the bare minimum. Why try you're best in finding a person that will most likely never be seen alive? And why waste you're energy there when crime runs rampant. Perhaps a change is in order?

The mayor who has been running the NSA was beginning to take drastic measures. Sending many supers off to another island. Stealing their powers. Forcing others to betray their own kind. The victims of these horrific acts are not taking that lightly. Why not make a team of heroes? A team that doesnt give a shit what the NSA or the Mayor has to say. A team of young teens who probably don't even listen to each other. That will save the world...
