Casey is a fragile girl, who gets bullied at school. Her life is a living hell and her only escape is the words of her favorite novels. Her parents couldn't care less as they're both physically abusive and drug addicts. She doesn't have any friends because the one person who was supposed to be her friend, betrayed her in middle school by spreading terrible rumors that ruined her life. But that all changes when she meets the new guy Louis(Louie), who stands up for her when she is getting bullied. She is timid at first, scared of him if anything, but yet could this boy turn into a friend? Or just another person who wants to mess with her heart and leave her broken again?
