Kaydee, admittedly, has feelings for Teegan. How can she not? The tattooed girl with all-smiles is the reason Kaydee, a wannabe songwriter, is still writing lyrics despite the artist's block she's struggling with for now.

Both girls are members of the Missfit Society, one of the after-school clubs that meet once a week to talk about any and every positive influence women have made or, more recently, how good-looking they are.

Beginning of December, the members find out the club's going to have a small Christmas celebration before winter break starts, with every member having find a small gift to give another member. Of course, Kaydee chooses Teegan. And she thinks she may have found the perfect thing for her.
