Until one woman came in and shows them who's boss. That woman is none other than Elissa Carmichael who is a correctional officer from Canada for three years. The warden looks over her job description and recommends Elissa to work with Hajime from building 13 in Nanba Prison as his partner much to Hajime's dismay. Despite Nanba prison's maximum security and strict reputation, Elissa remain devoted to her job without breaking a sweat.
