My aim is to write and fill in the gaps from (Spoiler Alert) the moment Ana, the Late Richard Croft's lover who appears in Rise of the Tomb Raider, is shot dead up until the point where Lara and Jonah set out for their next adventure which are the events portrayed in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I want to capture the events and emotions that Lara is going through after her ordeal and how she is copying with everything that is going on around her. This will be my first fiction piece as my previous experience has been writing memoir-styled books on past experiences so hopefully I don't completely butcher this!

Her wolf has to completely go dormant, because it's just causing her pain and she would died of she didn't. Alex thinks that she's dead, because he felt the connection between them break. He finds another girl to be his mate, and when Ashleigh is found, she is heartbroken. Not only was it her pack that made her suffer through all that because they sold her, but her mate had given up on her because her wolf had to go into dormancy. She falls into severe depression, and develops a form of PTSD, that was formed from the shock she had from her pack and mate's betrayal. She isn't happy anymore, and that brightness she had in her personality is gone, leaving a husk of her former self.
