In the year 50020 the Carp C7600 has a numerous amount of knowledge for a simple test subject. With her natural pale blue hair no one out side of the facility notices she's the equivalent to modern day cattle. Going under the name Willow she experiences life outside of the facility, discovering new knowledge about the facility itself and even more importantly, about herself. Will things be like this forever? Or a better question, will the facility be exposed for what it really is?
