Patient Zero, of the zombie outbreak that wiped out most of the humans on earth, is in fact not a zombie. The zombie virus can never effect him, even if he gets bit, because he is the living embodiment of the virus. He might not be a complete zombie but he's not completely human either. Zombies won't attack him, he has a small craving for flesh once in awhile, and something weird happened to his eyes and hair. But most importantly he's still in control of his own body. Now he's stuck between the battle of the dead and the living and he must make a decision, kill or die.
