What if James Potter didn't really die the day of October 31st?

James was spared taken away by Hydra, where became an experiment. There he met Wanda Maximoff. Hydra had erased his memories, and replaced them. He now believed he was Pietro Maximoff; Wanda's twin brother. 

But what if after 12 years later, Harry had met the Avengers? What if Nick Fury knew all about the Wizarding World? What if Fury arranged to keep Sirius Black in the Avengers Tower till he was no longer a wanted man?
