From the moment she was born, Soleil has always been different. From her sense of style to her mind, Soleil remained unique. As an artist and an owner of a pretentious art gallery, most of her time is spent either painting, purchasing or showcasing art. Her family and friends are her biggest supporters, yet she feels lonely at times. Especially because she doesn't have anyone to share the passion and love for art, which is why she became an art mentor. Soleil hires interns from the art school she went to, to follow in her footsteps. In the end, she will pick a one student to become an employee of hers. To be chose, the person has to prove themselves to be the best of the best.

Masai has always stood out to be his own person. Aside from his son, Mekhi, he is loyal to art. Ever since he could hold a pencil, he would sketch something. Growing up Masai had it pretty tough, his father was sentenced to 35 years for a crime he says he did not commit. His mother, who is ill has always been his backbone. Through it all, he has found his peace through art and music. He hopes to open a gallery one day but he already has too many responsibilities. He added onto his duties by taking an internship at an art gallery. His professor and classmates are elated, because they will be working alongside THE Soleil Monroe. Masai thinks she is overrated and rude, however he needs to do this to get his degree.
