After 2 years of her health and fitness crazed parents non-stop bugging about her to get her "sorry ass up and go to the gym," she finally agrees. For the whole summer, she has to work with a personal trainer in the gym and get her body into tip top shape for 11th grade. However, will the personal trainer be too much for her to handle, both physically and emotionally? Will she seriously fall in love with her fitness training buddy?

Camryn has always been bullied. Not just at school but in her own home also by her stepfather.
