The inner workings of the Royal family of Ethelburgesa was a secret. One could only imagine what happened behind the opulent front they put on. Life wasn't that different for Princess Cassiopeia. She was meant to be seen not heard, find a husband of higher rank and produce children before the age of twenty-five, easy with all the balls and social gatherings right? Wrong. There was a life plan and the family stuck to it... Until her brother abdicated. With a stupid mistake costing her her reputation, she is hurriedly married off to a current suitor and they have to work hard to keep up the facade that they have created. But things keep going wrong and accidents happen. Was it revenge or was Cassiopeia really just not meant to be the first female ruler and a higher power putting her in her place? I had everything and I was stronger than most. The only terrible thing was that on my coming of age ceremony, it was all ruined. Catherina broke into my ball, claiming to be the daughter of some woman and my father. She looked like her mother and acted like her to gain my father's affection, society's adoration and the Prince's love. For two years she ruined me up to the point of my death. She somehow was able to frame me and villainize me as she stole my fiancé and life. She continued doing so until I somehow was framed for attempted murder. My father called me a traitor and a liar, the Prince sentenced my death and no one stopped it. I woke in my body again, 18 years old and with a plan.
