"Don't you get tired of chasing me around all the time?" I snapped letting all my pent-up frustration and annoyance seep into my sentence. He had to realise somehow that his notorious ways won't work on me. And just like that, the playful look was wiped from his face and his eyes held this far-away look that I couldn't for the life of me decipher.

"You're worth the chase Norah." He whispered in the faintest voice I've heard him use yet, stunning me into silence. Then, he turned around and left me standing there gaping at his broad shoulders. What the hell just happened?

                                      ~~~~~~~~
Norah saw her life flash before her eyes. Literally. She has been through so much and all she wants at this point is to pass her senior year as peacefully as she can.
Ethan is a player who's taken interest in the new girl and will stop at nothing to get her.
[Complete - Wattpad Featured Story April 2018 ] "You have a contract?" Chase ripped the papers out of Lewis' hands. "And you signed it?" "It's a good idea, Chase." I shrugged, resting my hands in my lap. "I just want things to go back to normal." "And you chalk the fighting up to sexual tension between the two of us? That makes a whole lot of sense," he scoffed. "No, I just think this protects us from having that kind of conversation. What if Lewis found out he had feelings for me-" "Or for Chase." Lewis added in with a seductive smile. "It always starts with a hand on the shoulder." - Bree Hendly's life had never been truly complicated. She had her father, she had her best friend Chase, and she had her writing to keep her sane. But that didn't mean that everything would always be so simple. The second Lewis Doolan and Alan Green inserted themselves into her life, she knew that things would change. Her best friend and secret crush begins to pull away, only for her to find out that Alan also holds a hidden love for her... Or so Lewis says. With this new knowledge of love under the two's belts, Bree and Lewis must find a way to keep these bubbling feelings hidden, or it could cost them the best friendships of their lives. Their solution? Create a rule, one that prohibits any, and all relationships outside of the friend zone. Though even if Bree and Lewis think they have things all figured out, Chase and Alan each have a plan of their own; One that includes capturing the heart of Bree Hendly for themselves, no matter what the cost may be. - ◦Winner of The Rubik's Story Award in the 2017 Prose Fiction Awards. ◦Completed! ◦Sequel - The Distance Theory - is now on Wattpad! © Shay Spencer. [COMPLETE] Soz this may be cringe, it was written very long ago A seemingly ordinary, working college girl meets a cool, undeniably sexy boy with millions of followers at his feet. How will their completely different lives allow, or prevent them from getting what they want? Expect some drama, flirty lines, steamy scenes, funny best friends, and perhaps, an overall epic love connection. ~ Carter came around the corner as his eyes darkened with a predatory gaze. Oh no. He took a step forward, minimalizing the distance with every dominating stride, as I froze in my spot. My breath hitched as his arms finally encircled my waist and his eyes locked with mine. In one swift motion, he flipped my body so my back was pressed against his chest and hands gripped the curve of my hips. "What game are you trying to play at Valerie?" he spoke in a husky voice. Goosebumps danced along my skin as his hot breath fanned against the shell of my ear and his fingertips lit a trail of blazing heat along the length of my arm. Mentally shaking myself from the trance of that which is Carter Bryson, I tilted my head towards him and whispered; "One where you'll lose." Quickly escaping his hold on me before the tension became unbearable, I spun on my heel to face him and slowly backed away towards the exit. "Good luck though." I added mischievously. With a smirk and a devilish glint in his eyes that could even give hell a run for its money, he replied; "I'm not a player though, baby. I'm the gamemaker." ~ ❗️Mature content. 18 parts Complete Mature
Jace Summers is not your average high school boy, per se. He prefers being himself no matter what anyone else thinks about him, and he's proud of who he is. He has pastel pink hair, stunning deep brown eyes, and a sweet and silky voice that makes all of the girls swoon. Too bad he's gay though, and everyone knows it. Jace has been out to the world since seventh grade and he never got too much trouble from it, which he is thankful for, but he knows he would be okay even if he was bullied harshly. It's just who he is. Alec Walker is a whole other story, however. He is very basic, brown hair, hazel eyes, all-black attire, and he is well-known throughout the school but he doesn't consider himself to be one of the popular kids. He loves skateboarding and singing, has good grades. There's nothing overly unique about him- except his voice could make angels swoon. Both boys are different but not so different that you'd think they would dislike each other. Well, you would be wrong. They hate each other with burning passions. Sorry- hate is a strong word. They loathe each other with deep burning passions. Jace thinks Alec is a jackass know-it-all because that's how he comes off to a lot of people until you get to know him, and Alec thinks Jace is annoying with how he presents himself. Those seem like small things that could be easily overcome, however it's also their encounters in the halls or in classes that cause problems. By now it's just mutual hate that both boys are too stubborn to give up. But when one day they get news that seems like the end of the world... it turns out to be the best thing that has happened to both of them. Not at first, but with time. Read to find out what happens! (Also- it is a mystery to even me how long this story will be. I'll be posting chapters as I finish and we'll see how long it turns out to be. It could be my shortest with like four chapters, or my longest with thirty or more. You never know. I hope you enjoy it though!)
"Would you like to dance?" the boy asks me. I stare deep into his blue eyes, but I can't figure out who he is. He's tall with dark hair and the brightest blue eyes I've ever seen. I know everyone at this school, but with his features hidden behind his mask I can't tell who he is. "Sure, I would love to." Did I just say that? I agreed to dance with a random boy who I don't know. He takes my hand and leads me to the dance floor. We dance for a few songs and then he asks me, "Would you like to take a walk? I know the perfect place." I nod and he pulls me behind him off the dance floor. We leave the hotel and start walking down a little path. At the end of the path I notice a little fountain surrounded by candles. I wonder if he set this up. We walk over to the fountain and we sit down on the edge. "I had a wonderful time tonight," says the guy. He reaches to his face and removes his mask. I recognize him immediately. How did I not know it before? *** Carter Bennett has managed to survive her first 3 years of high school. Everything has been amazing... for the most part. She had her life completely planned out.
