As we continue to observe patient X, we have noticed a recent irritability among the subject. It seems as though he wants something but we cannot figure it out. Alas, we could not let the subject free due to maniacal behavior. Frequent out lashes have become more intense. We fear the subject has broken out in recent time. Please, keep all your windows and doors locked. Remain indoors until further notice. The subject is a greater threat than we may have expected and wish to keep all locals safe. If you have any information on Patient X, do not be afraid to call the police. Remember, this man is far more dangerous than we have expected. This is no man. This is a monster.
