Karasuma's little sis(what its possible.) [karma ×OC]

Nekota Karasuma is the little sister of Tadaomi Karasuma. She's also the second best assassin in the world, known as sekhemet. the only reason she is second best, is because of her number of kills.

When the government wasn't satisfied by Irina Jelavich, they a sent person that had inhumane bloodlust, and was incredibly mischievous and bloodthirsty. They thought her inhumanity and insanity would help kill the target. But they didn't know that there was a chance her insanity could be cured.
