My name is Elaine Young. It was Harper before. I am fifteen years old. I accidentally killed my family when we came home from a family trip and I blame myself. It was dark out and raining then I spun out of control and ran into a semi truck and crashed. I was the only survivor. A few months later, my idol, Adam Young, hears about what happened and decides to adopt me since I was living with my best friend and her family who decided to take care of me for a few months. Will I be able to except this new life with a guy that I am supposed to call 'dad' and except an unfamiliar town? Or will Adam make a huge mistake by adopting me? Well if I call myself a Young I guess it turned out alright. Welcome to my story of ups and downs and running away and how I eventually came to except my new life..........

"Em?" Matt said waving a hand in front of my face. "Huh?" "You okay, we were talking and then you stopped," he said looking at me worryingly but I'm still not meeting his eyes, if look up at him he'll know I'm lying. "Yeah I'm fine, I'm sorry" "It's okay, you know you don't really talk about your family that much where are they?" "Ohh look at the lake" I walk towards the bridge that is open giving a full view of the lake to avoid his questions. "Why do you always change the subject when I ask you something personal," he asks once we reach the edge of the lake. "I don't, I just answered your question about the camera" I explain, he was about to say something when he fell onto the lake. "MATT!!!" I scream looking down at the lake he should come up to the surface at any second, but he doesn't so I jump onto the lake to find him. ❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁❁ Emma Wilkinson was forced to move with her aunt and uncle, Rachel and Michael, along with their daughter Sophia after a terrible accident that ended badly. "𝔼𝕍𝔼ℝ𝕐 𝔽𝔸𝕄𝕀𝕃𝕐 ℍ𝔸𝕊 𝕊𝔼ℂℝ𝔼𝕋𝕊" - - - "My name is Hazel, but most people call me Ze. I'm from Melbourne, and love Taylor Swift." I cringe at my own words, and think back to a time where Fletcher was one of the only people calling me Ze. "Does anyone have questions for Miss. Bolivi?" Fletcher asks, and I hate the way my father's last name sounds on his lips. Lots of students raise their hands, and I feel overwhelmed. People actually want to learn something about me? "Yes, Miss. Abbott. Ask away," Fletcher says to one of the girls who is seated at a table at the front of the class, with other kids who all look bitchy like her. "Are you related to the Bolivi brothers?" Her disgustingly sweet voice pukes out. "My last name is Bailey," I say coldly, hating how that was her only query about me. - - - Hazel Bailey. She's your typical Australian teenage girl. From going out with friends every Friday night, to crushing on university boys. But what happens when this seemingly normal girl experiences the loss of her mother? Instead, her five older brothers have gained custody of her. The same five older brothers she never knew existed. Something about them seems off, and Hazel can't help acting wary. But they're not the only ones with secrets. Join Hazel in a journey of lies, love, attachment, and humor.

A teen from a racing family must choose between family obligations and the singing career he longs for. *** Mason's parents had a dream. They wanted their sons to race, and as car mechanics, they had spared no expense to ensure their sons were trained to the best of their ability. It was a family dream, and on the side, Mason would sing. After his brother, Haneul passed away, and the future became bleak, Mason had accepted that the only way to seek the light would be to make his parent's dream come true. Giving up his singing was an easy compromise to make; following it through, however, was a much more arduous task. The time he once spared for making Youtube videos and gigging at local pubs was long gone, but he still maintained his secret; he still sang for himself. With first love blooming and friends preparing for their futures, it soon dawns on Mason just how much he is giving up to keep his parents happy. Maybe his parents are asking too much. But when he is forced to return home each day and see his mother become a shell of the person who had raised him, he is reminded of the reasons why he had agreed to carry out his promise. He'll have wasted so much time and effort if he changes his mind now. But when does Mason get to choose his own happiness?
