Steve Rogers already had a lot on his plate, dealing with the death of his parents, his diseases and then on top of that his stubborn younger sister, she does what she decides, and no one can ever change her mind, mostly whatever she chooses isn't life threatening but one decision to help Steve change his life around his sister puts her life in danger for a long time, all he can do is protect her the best he can.
