It's a twist, it's a turn. The demigods are I for it again. Seven people have gone mad, and it's up to them to figure out the cure. Seems easy, right? Well no one said the cure could be made. It seems it's a special girl, one who will play a large role in this story. Throw in hilarity, drama, and a twisted secret, and you've got MADNESS. PROPHECY Seven demigods must find new knowledge Of a force no lesser than chaos Must find the girl with the missing wedge And perform the unbinding seance Daughter of Wine will lead the ride And hear the ones who abide By laws so twisted and a path led west Most would need to have a deal with death Lives on line they'll prevail And see the story that's their tale But I never said it would be easy A life is gone, a stake to the heart An easy way out right to the hearth The hearth unknown the hearth is death And three shall take their final breath The savior ironic for they never made amends And they'll say, this is the end (oof it's long)

Adara Artedon doesn't belong in any world - not the gods', not the humans', and not the demigods'. But that's expected when she's the daughter of not only the all-powerful Poseidon, but the 'maiden' Artemis, too. To top it off, she doesn't even get the mercy of being a goddess. She's somehow still mortal - after all, gods don't have DNA. So she travels the world, staying in each place for only a few days and hunting. But she's okay with it; she's found a home with in the wilderness, if it can be called a home when she has no permanent lodgings. But her peaceful life ends when she stumbles across Long Island, and discovers Camp Half-blood, the demigod camp. There, she feels strangely at home, but she doesn't get long to enjoy it. Because Artemis' curse is coming into play, and Adara has a choice; spending her last few days in comfort, or revoking the curse. But it's hardly a choice at all, because it's all or nothing, life or death.
