Now the great Phantom Thieves are on the run. This time with a witty and cunning hostage, Kaitie Holt, a fifteen-year-old. She was widely known as the smartest girl in the kingdom. The girl was even rumored to be the Royal Tutor, even at a young age.
Shiro, the leader of the Phantom Theives, takes interest in Katie's smarts and decides to keep her, as a member.

Abducted (Shidge/Mallura AU)
(AU where instead of Matt and Samuel Holt, it was Katie and her mother who went with Shiro for the kerberos mission.) They were rotting away in a cell. Katie could hear every sound as fear rushed over her when she'd awoken. Shiro had been kind to her and her mother during the mission and that didn't change as they were locked away. They were fine as long as they were together, helping one another and the other prisoners, but then Katie's mother is taken from the cell, leaving Katie with the fear of losing Shiro and being alone. Lance asked, trying his damndest to act cool even though he was totally freaking out on the inside. Pidge rolls her eyes. "Oh yeah, tons of times. He's lame." "What! No he can't be." Lance complained, making Hunk and Pidge laugh. "I'm kidding. He's pretty cool yeah." -- "I'm Aurora, nice to meet you." Keith shakes her hand, pursing his lips.
