It all started with a missing girl. I know thats not how most stories start but this story isn't like other stories. This story is of a girl in search of her best friend, a pavilion and a world where everything is perfect. So perfect it seems too perfect.

When Amara Asantes best friend goes missing, their small town of Annecy runs buzzing with the news. No one wastes any time searching for her. After two years of searching, everyone has given up hope of ever finding Nissa Ibrahim and becomes convinced that she is dead. But not Amara. She continues to search in the hopes that she will find clues that will lead her to her best friend. Soon she discovers a pavilion that isn't really a pavilion. Join Amara as she makes new friends and discovers a new world where nothing is as it seems.

A retelling of the Hades and Persephone myth, a story of fate, the struggle for power, and love found in the most unexpected places. ***** Persephone has been raised in Olympus all her life - her mother absent, her father a cruel king, with her siblings teaching her all they know. She has seen all of what the gods and goddesses do and she is sick of it. When she learns her safety is threatened by staying in Olympus, she flees to the Underworld. There she stays until she learns that her leaving has caused the world to wilt. But leaving behind her newfound friends and Lady of the Underworld is something she will not do willingly, no matter the consequences.
