Order 66. A victory for the Sith. Leading to the fall of the Republic. The end of the Jedi.
Most of them. Some survived.
Kala Dis is one. She survived through luck-- though good or bad depends on whether you focus on the events or the outcome. Now she's gone into hiding, hoping for the short term to avoid the Empire's notice and hopefully to figure something out for the long term.

Please forgive inaccuracies. I wrote this off of a prompt for a contest before I'd actually seen the prequels.
