Karena Angèle Edmond is a young girl trapped in a camp of torture because of the OSD (organ shut down) virus's which affects random arteries in the body the causes people to die younger and because of this people often go to the black market and if they don't have it the will most likely contact viscus.
Viscus is a group of people who track down and capture organs from people who are already dead, dying or if they get a job they will pick up an organ from there job very few people work for them and since very few work for them, they need to be highly trained.
Since all these people have yet to live past 50 now and that's for the lucky people most others die at 30 or even younger and people have been reduced to reproducing younger and faster
And if the parent doesn't like their kid or they catch and rarer OSD virus's then they sell them to the camps, but they can't tell till their pre-teen years that's when they get sold for testing.
And in these camps, they do horrible tests but since it's not illegal under the new OSD laws they continue there work.
