'A Love Square' starts after Season 5 finishes and is my version of Season 6. The main plot is based on Caroline, Klaus, Enzo and Stefan.
After being struck by grief from losing his brother and best friend, Stefan turns to Caroline for support. Caroline has always felt something for Stefan. Will their already growing friendship turn into something more?
The undeniable 'tension' between Enzo and Caroline is beginning to heat up now that he's back from the Other Side. She's pissed and he loves it. What happens when Enzo finally opens up to Caroline?
Back in New Orleans, Hayley and Elijah are finally a thing and Klaus needs a break. The only place he find himself truly drawn to is Mystic Falls, to win the heart of his true love, Caroline. Trying to win her over is harder than he frst believed it would be with all the competition. Tyler may be gone but Klaus is in for the ride of his life trying to wooo his queen.

It has been four years since Stefan has left Mystic Falls, due to all the drama and life threatening situations. There's also the fact of Elena leaving him for his brother, Damon and while he was rotting in a quarry, dying and drowning over and over again for the past three months, they were living happily together, along with the others. That made him upset, but he put it aside so they can figure out a way to get rid of Silas for good. When they finally did, he left. He left them and the others a letter explaining his leave. Stefan hasn't spoken to any of them since he left. He is moving on and going through some ups and downs and crazy adventures of his own and he also finds love.
