Pride of Man takes place in a world full of war, conflict, and distrust with the presence of what the humans see as dangerous creatures roaming the streets with a lust for bloodshed. The King of the Humans is well known for apposing these creatures, the so-called beasts, and has gained popularity with his people by executing hundred of the monsters himself, and having his guards search constantly for anyone who gets away. However, the beasts are fighting back. Being forced to hide in seclusion and watch their brethren suffer at the hands of humanity regardless of their own actions has led to the steady uprising of a revolution of beasts and humans alike who fight for the freedom of monsters and peace for all of Ebovon.
