Ambos son la reencarnación de los grandes líderes Autobots y Decepticons como de Cybertron, Optimus Prime y Megatron, ambos tienen recuerdos de su antigua vida y desean volver a estar juntos, pero para lograrlo deberán enfrentar varios obstáculos, así como superar aquel dolor de su pasado y enfrentarse a rivales como problemas entre ellos y su familia para poder regresar a Cybertron.
