Fredo died saving her girlfriend when she was being abducted by two men in black. He was shot beside his heart. Fredo tried to punch the kidnappers but he failed. He didn't literally missed the punches. They were not even moving. His punches pass through them. He looked at Shiela, her girlfriend. Who looked shocked and terrified, then he heard her scream in terror while the kidnappers escaped. Shiela run pass through his body. when he turned to face her.
